Manager – International Accounting and Reporting

Job Description

The Manager, SSC, is responsible for SSC accounting department operations, manages team of local accountants, ensures accuracy of Group companies accounting books as well as accounting books of GOT international clients. Accounting Manager, SSC supports the Company in achieving its business objectives, while working in line with national and international laws, policies and standards and internal regulations. Accounting Manager, SSC reports to CFO directly.

Main Responsibilities:

–          Managing daily operations of accounting department

–          Regular review, reconciliation of accounts

–          Ensuring accuracy and completeness of accounting records

–          Managing monthly and year-end closings

–          Analysing accounting data and produce financial reports for the Management

–          Remote assistance with audits and tax inspections

–          Following, enforcing and improving internal accounting processes

–          Training team members on accounting and Group policies

–          Local legislation sources research

–          Preparation of ad hoc report for auditors, tax advisors, management, clients etc.

Requirements

–          Qualified Chartered Accounting with post qualification experience of International Management Accounting 5+ years including Management and Consolidation Reporting

–          Proven knowledge of general accounting principles, attention to details and accuracy

–          Quick understanding of international accounting standards and local legislations worldwide

–          Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral), other language an advantage

–          Advanced knowledge of MS Office

–          Ability to manage people, plan and allocate tasks evenly across the team

–          Strong prioritization skills

–          Stress resilience, proactivity, reliability
