Reporting Manager – GM Business Operations/ Head Export Sales
? Assist in the development of the sales plan. Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales Team, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning
? Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
? Supervise sales and assist to resolve all issues and recommend prevention of any issues in processes
? Maintain professional relationships with all customers within assign area and ensure achievement of all revenue goals for profitability in sales
? Analyze all requirements of individual market areas and recommend strategies to increase revenue & profitability
? Develop and implement various sales programs to facilitate sales and assist to retain customers to organization
? Ensure adherence to all industry standards for Sales
? Analyze all information and ensure confidentiality for same
? Ensure compliance to all management activities
? Prepare reports for all customers on weekly and quarterly basis and provide support to all sales and technical activities
? Ensure closure of enquiry within defined timeframe to meet customer satisfaction
? Ensure timely submission of proposal / technical offers and other required details to the customers for timely closure of sales order
? Closely monitor order execution status of Accounts assigned to team for OTD
Update customers about the order status in a timely manner to avoid dissatisfaction with the delivery delay or any other technical gaps
? Ensure to monitor Customer complaint redressal within the timeframe to ensure timely closure of the complaint and resolution of customer complaints
? Ensure successful dispatch of order to the customer by coordinating with concerned functionary and sharing customer insights
? Escalate critical matter to higher level for timely resolution
? Generate Sales report and MIS for HoD’s and Management’s review for timely feedback and course correction in the Sales strategy
? Business Development, Sales & Marketing Operations and Key Account Management
? Meeting Transformer OEMs,consultants,EPC, Utilities (CTU and STU) on regular basis
? Offer preparation and submission to customer ? Vendor approvals wherever required in Utilities,OEM’s,Consultants etc.
? Order Booking: Ensure achievement of budgeted order booking target. ? To achieve the Budget Target (Order Intake, Revenue, collection)
? Techno commercial discussion with customers
? Order processing to internal sales to Book the order
? Competitors Mapping – gathering the information from competitors.
? Receivables Management: Collection reviews & follow up to ensure the target is met. Reviewing consistently with sales team to push them to achieve their collection target.
? Projection for new product / Marketing for any specific requirement.
? Brand Building
