***Hiring experienced Real Estate Sales Manager

Salary : Rs 25000 – 35000 + Mobile bills + Incentives

Location: Santacruz east, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Negotiate terms and conditions with buyers and sellers.
• Present properties to clients, give tours of the properties.
• Highlight the features and advantages of the property
• Identifying and generating leads via a variety of sources, including networking and online platforms.

Skills :

• Negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Convincing skills.
• Relationship building.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate.

Must have two-wheeler.

Qualification: Any graduates can apply.
