Hiring Reconciliation & Suspense Accounting Manager

• To Manage and oversee the Bank Reconciliation pertaining to Collection, Payouts – Customer and Vendor, Commission, Debtor and Suspense reconciliations.
• To implement the operational measurable dashboards as per stakeholder needs and Reconciliation reporting, MIS, Data Analysis, Cost effective management.
• To ensure Fund management activity is performed on the same day without any errors
• To controls, review and timely closure of all reconciliation.
• To Institutionalize reconciliation framework for all key processes. To control, review and closure of bank and other suspense reconciliations
• To co-ordinate and complete limited review, Stat audit, internal audit and IFC audit
• To Review of reconciliations on month end and ensuring that proper review and sign off by the RM latest by 7th of every month.

· Treasury Management and Reconciliation – Expert in Finance domain operational processes including reconciliation controls
