Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent sales skills and target orientation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Passionate about work and helping individuals achieve their study abroad dreams
• Ability to understand and guide students in choosing the right study programs and institutions
• Knowledge of the study visa process for Canada and Australia
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in sales or counselling is an advantage

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and counseling to individuals seeking to study in Canada and Australia
• Assist clients in understanding the study abroad process, including documentation, application procedures, and visa requirements
• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to assess students’ educational background, career goals, and study preferences
• Recommend suitable study programs and institutions based on students’ interests, academic achievements, and future aspirations
• Answer inquiries related to course details, study options, fee structures, and scholarship opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing clients
• Achieve sales targets by promoting the institute’s services and programs to prospective students
• Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, and educational fairs to promote the institute’s offerings
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the education industry, particularly in relation to study abroad opportunities
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns to attract prospective students
