Job Overview:
We’re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Effebot.com. In this individual contributor role, you will be responsible for driving new business, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will have the opportunity to make an impact by selling our products/services and growing our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and prospect potential customers through research, networking, and outbound sales techniques.
Sales Cycle Management: Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at all levels within target organizations.
Product Knowledge: Become an expert on Effebot’s offerings to effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas through consistent lead conversion and upselling opportunities.
Reporting & Feedback: Track sales performance using CRM tools and provide regular updates on pipeline progress, challenges, and successes.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure smooth handovers and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of B2B sales experience in (industry) (preferably in technology, SaaS, or related sectors).
Strong ability to prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in an independent sales environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales activities.
Goal-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Required:
Laptop with an integrated camera and including a minimum of 8GB and 2GB RAM for Windows and Mac’s respectively (including webcam); with a minimum of I-3 7th Gen processor@ 2.4Ghz. and the most recent version of MS Office installed (all programs; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Also, a minimum of 256MB of internal GPU.
