Position: Sales Manager

Location: Mumbai

Type: Full-time, On-site

Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai. In this role, you will oversee sales operations within the furniture and home furnishings sector, focusing on building strong relationships with architects, dealers, and clients. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, developing growth strategies, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales visits and meetings with architects, interior designers, and dealers.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions to their needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Manage daily sales orders and ensure timely delivery and fulfillment.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with architects and interior designers to create customized sales strategies.
  • Prepare and submit daily and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the interior design, furniture, or building materials sectors.
  • Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
  • Preference for male candidates.
  • Candidate should be from Mumbai only.
