We are hiring Sales Officer / Senior Sales Officer (Construction Chemicals) for one of our esteemed clients!

Job title: Sales Officer / Senior Sales Officer (Construction Chemicals Division)
Location: Bhubaneswar

Responsibilities:

•Identifyingand appointing dealer for deeper market penetration and reach in depth marketshare.

•Analyzeand compare sales plans with the last year base and implement appropriate salesactivities to achieve targeted sales.

•Overseeingthe sale activities of products thereby achieving increased sales growth/maximized volume and value growth in depth.

•Assistingthe dealers in achieving the targets and providing them with training

•Ensuringthe seeding of new product in right Channel.

•Ensuringthe SKU range availability at key outlets

•Conceptualizingand implementing sales promotional programs for brand building

•Ensuringprofitability of dealers, in alignment with organization’s policies andinterest

•Making aterritory monitoring report every month including competitor’s activities.

•Conductingthe retail audit to assess market potential, estimation of sale of competitorswith a view to adopt suitable strategies for sale.

•Solvingall the issue of dealer for making smooth business relation.

Requirements

Age profile: max 35 years

Should have experience in sales of construction chemicals

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

UG : B. Tech/ – Any Specialization, – AnySpecialization, – Commerce.

PG : MBA/PGDM – Any Specialization

Personality Trait Requirements:

•Candidateshould be a Graduate ( / and a Post Graduate Degree / Diploma inMarketing Management with an experience of 4-6 years in Channel Salespreferably from Construction chemical / Cement industry.

•Highlyenergetic, motivated, confident candidates with good communication and sellingskills.

•Shouldhave the ability to get the ‘feel’ of the market and to convert products intobusiness.

•Must be ago-getter with high drive and initiative.

•Should bea local candidate.

•PreferredCompanies – tiles adhesive / Ply / Any Cement Company.
