Over the past 9 years, we’ve built impactful platforms like the Under 25 Summit, Media Network, Campus Network, Student Programs, Under 25 Studios, and Under 25 Tech.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth by achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
Monitor market trends, economic indicators, competitors, and supply-demand dynamics to maintain and grow sales volume.
Identify and develop new revenue streams, ensuring their sustainability.
Maintain key client relationships to secure long-term business partnerships.
Stay informed about the latest news and developments in the entertainment and pop-culture ecosystem.
Collaborate with internal teams to align efforts and achieve organizational goals.
Strategize and execute plans to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.

Qualifications and Skills:
7+ years in business development, sales, or related roles.
Strong understanding of market trends and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Goal-oriented, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.
