Senior Accounts Officer – US Accounting

Job Description

Candidate will join the US Accounting team, supporting CPA’s in several critical areas such as follows:

– Accounting Officer will be responsible to manage

all the accounting operations on daily basis including Bookkeeping, preparing

and reconciliation of bank accounts, coordination, completion of monthly

scheduled reports, preparing, reviewing of financial reports, as

necessary. 

– Process accounts and incoming payments in

compliance with financial policies and procedures.

– Responsible for all accounting activities and

compliance with statutory requirements.

– Effective communication skills to collaborate with

team members and clients.

To

qualify, a candidate must have:

2-4 years of experience in U.S. Accounting

Someone having experience in Sage Intact would be

preferred.

Proficiency in advanced Excel skills, including

formulas and pivot tables

Preferable achievement in or significant progress

towards a CA, CPA or related certification

Excellent analytical, project management,

communication, interpersonal and teaming skills

Willingness and ability to travel, when necessary
