Responsibilities
1) Be the first point of contact for all sales-related queries and communication.
2) To do consultative outbound calls & follow-up calls on a daily basis with prospective students.
3) Understand student profiles & learning problems to explain the implications of ineffective learning methods and create a need for OpenCV course offerings through a structured Counseling Session with the student.
4) Identifying references through the existing student base to increase the sales pipeline.
5) Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets in terms of revenue as well as the number of enrolments.
6) Handle objections and price negotiations to generate Sales Revenue.
6) Prepare and maintain a master database of all prospects and their contacts
7) Learn/ Upgrade one’s own Product Knowledge, Sales Skills, and market understanding to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s).
Must have qualities
1) Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
2) Charismatic, competitive, and enthusiastic personality with negotiation skills.
3) Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
4) Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy.
5) Consistent performer and has met targets in the previous organization.
6) Prior experience in selling professional courses.
7) Open to working in the hybrid structure.
