Position: AM/DM

Experience: 2-4 Years

Work Location: Gurgaon

Roles & Responsibilities-

Taxation

1. Complete responsibility of handling both direct Taxation and indirect taxation.

2. Maintain tax balances on general ledger. Prepare all tax papers on regular basis. Prepare quarterly tax projections.

3. Monthly/Annual Filling of various GST Returns.

4. Filling of TDS Returns, Income tax Returns.

5. 26AS Reconciliation.

6. GSTR 2B Reconciliation.

7. Preparing replies to various notices received from GST/Income tax Authorities.

8. Co ordinating with Statutory Auditors/ Tax Auditors/ Internal Auditors.

Financial Reporting

1. Month end closing activities and preparation of monthly MIS.

2. Preparation of Financial Statement as per Ind-AS.

Desired candidate Profile-

1. Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1.5+ years post qualification experience.

2. Advanced knowledge of all direct and indirect taxes (Income Tax, TDS, GST,)

3. Keep abreast of new legislative developments and implement them into system.

4. Strong business and financial acumen to align result to overall business strategy and company financial goal.

5. The ability to develop a working system after analysing existing legislative / operational issues.

6. Working Knowledge of Ind-AS.
