Job Description: Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager specializing in Revenue Accounting to join our team. As the Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and effectiveness of our revenue accounting processes. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the Revenue Accounting team and ensure accuracy of data and reports. You will also be responsible for liaison between the differing Finance functions as needed. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead Revenue team and manage day-to-day revenue tasks – both from an accounting and operations perspective
• Maintain internal controls and evaluate actions required for compliance with the company’s revenue accounting process, conformance with SOX Policies and ASC 606
• Manage monthly and quarterly revenue close activities and ensure activities are completed timely and accurately
• Support team by performing close related reviews and assisting in completion of the day-to-day revenue tasks
• Responsible for managing revenue related support provided to internal and external auditors for all audit related testing
• Develop and maintain revenue-related policies and procedures, including accounting memos and internal controls documentation to support compliance.
• Identify and develop process improvements and manage revenue projects
• Create and support career development plans for each team member

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 
• 8+ years of related experience
• CA preferred 
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and related accounting standards (e.g., ASC 606)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines, while prioritizing competing workloads
• Demonstrated history of leading and developing Revenue Accounting teams
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify risks, analyze complex data, and provide practical recommendations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, required
