We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on building and managing offline sales channels. This is an on-field role that demands dedication, strategy, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct on-field sales by visiting shops and retailers to create and expand sales channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers to drive retail sales and improve market presence.
• Develop and manage modern trade accounts, ensuring the placement and visibility of the brand’s products.
• Meet and exceed monthly and weekly offline sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
• Identify opportunities to increase offline sales channels and implement innovative marketing strategies.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches and stay ahead.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans and promotional activities.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales and channel development (preferably in retail and modern trade).
• Strong knowledge of offline sales and marketing techniques.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, with a target-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work in a field-intensive role with flexibility and resilience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions.

Salary: Starting 18000 (plus incentives)
