Job Title: Senior Sales Executive / Lead Generation Executive / Senior.Business Development Executive (Sr.BDE) / Sr. Outbound Sales Specialist (OSS) / Sr. Sales Development Representative

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive/Sr. Outbound Sales Specialist (OSS)/ Sr. Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In addition to the responsibilities typical of an OSS, this role involves leading and mentoring a small team of sales professionals, as well as actively participating in new business development. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing a team, driving their collective performance, and identifying new business opportunities to expand our market presence. The OSS will be responsible for prospecting, initial outreach, lead qualification, and appointment setting to drive revenue growth and support our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:

– Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of sales professionals.
– Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback to team members.
– Ensure the team meets or exceeds individual and collective sales targets.

1. Prospecting and Research:

– Identify potential leads through research and the use of tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry databases, and other prospecting tools.
– Develop and maintain a list of target companies and key decision-makers.

1. Initial Outreach:

– Craft and send personalized outreach emails and messages tailored to the specific needs and pain points of the leads.
– Use a multi-channel approach, including email, phone calls, and social media, to reach out to prospects.

1. Lead Nurturing:

– Follow up with leads who have shown interest but are not yet ready to schedule a meeting.
– Maintain engagement through a structured cadence of follow-up emails, calls, and messages.

1. Lead Qualification:

– Conduct exploratory conversations to gather detailed information about the lead’s requirements and readiness to buy.

1. Appointment Setting:

– Schedule calls or product demonstrations with qualified leads.
– Ensure a smooth handoff to Account Executives (AEs) for closing deals.

Qualifications:

– 2-4 Years of prior work experience in the B2B segment of the business, worked on the sales of products like (Pipe, valves, filters, pumps, pharmaceuticals equipments, or chemical products) – Can Consider candidates from IT Services, IT Consulting, Ed -Tech, Fin-Tech, companies.
– Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree Business, Marketing, or a related field can be considered.
– Previous experience in sales, cold callings, lead generation is must.
– Prior experience in managing and leading a sales team is a plus.
– Demonstrated success in new business development and market expansion.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong research and analytical skills.
– Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and lead a team.
