Job Responsibility

● Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded

● Working on monthly financial closure activities like fixed asset management, accruals, prepaids

● Responsible for vendor management

● Perform monthly intercompany and GL reconciliations

● Analyze and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to managers

● Suggest process/system changes and initiate the change process

● Coordinating with other process verticals and auditors on regular basis

● Ensure accounting as per accounting standards and company policies

Requirement

● Bachelor’s/ Masters in accounting, Finance.

● 4-5 years of experience

● Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen

● Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices

● Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with Netsuite would be an added advantage

● Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
