Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated SR Bench Sales Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience in bench sales. As a SR Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting qualified candidates for contract and permanent staffing needs. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in the IT industry
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting candidates for contract and permanent positions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with job portals and social media platforms for candidate sourcing
  • Knowledge of IT industry trends and market conditions
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify potential candidates through various sourcing channels including job portals, social media, and networking
  • Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and experience
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs
  • Negotiate and finalize offers with candidates, ensuring alignment with client requirements
  • Collaborate with sales team to understand client requirements and customize recruitment strategies
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and market conditions
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of recruitment efforts
