We require Store Sales Executive for premium brand in retail and corporate gifting company. The organisation deals with 5000+ products

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in retail sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer focus and ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Basic computer skills
• Proficiency in local languages (Tamil) is highly desirable

Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate the features and benefits to customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash, credit, and gift card payments

Location

Chennai – T.Nagar

Working Hours

10 am to 8 pm

(Rotational week off)

Salary

Rs. 11,000 – Rs.13,000
