Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tax Accountant to join our team at Good Flippin Burger. As a Tax Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of tax accounting and compliance for our Food & Beverage clients. This includes preparing and reviewing tax returns, conducting tax research, and ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in tax accounting, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of the Food & Beverage industry. This is a full-time position based in Bandra, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in tax accounting
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Experience working with Food & Beverage clients is highly desirable
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in tax preparation software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations and the food industry

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns for Food & Beverage clients
• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations
• Conduct tax research to resolve complex tax issues
• Assist with tax planning and strategy
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather necessary tax information
• Prepare and file tax documents, including tax extensions and amended returns
• Adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize workload effectively
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed
