Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President of Sales – US Accounting located in Ahmedabad. The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for driving business growth and establishing sales strategies within our US accounting vertical. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and tactical executor who can manage a complex sales strategy while delivering growth objectives. The Vice President of Sales will play a critical role in cultivating our brand and developing meaningful relationships and partnerships with key industry stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields, or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of sales experience, specifically within the US accounting vertical
- Proven track record in penetrating new accounts and increasing revenue growth
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members for success
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, including the ability to build strong relationships with key industry stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to understand complex business models
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders at various levels of the organization
- Ability to travel frequently as required
