Job Description: HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Position: HR Business Partner (HRBP) Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR, with mandatory experience in the IT industry.
Location: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities
· Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to identify, design, and implement HR strategies that align with organizational and IT-specific business goals.
· Talent Management:
o Oversee full-cycle recruitment, from job descriptions to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
o Develop and execute strategies for retaining high-potential IT talent.
· Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by implementing initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and organizational commitment.
· Performance Management: Develop performance evaluation frameworks tailored to IT roles, ensuring consistent feedback and goal alignment.
· Learning and Development: Identify skill gaps and design training programs to upskill employees and align with technology trends.
· Workplace Relations: Manage employee grievances and disputes effectively, promoting a harmonious workplace.
· HR Analytics: Use HR data to provide insights and make informed decisions on workforce planning, productivity, and engagement strategies.
· Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies, especially in the context of the IT sector.

Key Requirements
· Professional Experience:
o Proven track record as an HRBP, with experience in IT or technology-driven environments.
o Demonstrated ability to handle the unique challenges of an IT workforce, including agile team structures and tech talent dynamics.
· Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with leading HR software, talent management systems, and data analytics tools.
· Soft Skills:
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with leaders and employees at all levels.
o Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address HR challenges proactively.
o Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic and fast-paced IT environment.
· Educational Qualifications: MBA/ bachelor’s degree in HR
